Deputy to coordination council of Iranian Free and Special zone say, establishment of foreign banks is the main priorities for negotiation with foreign investors.
BENA- '' Bank is an guarantee for presence of investors in free zone,'' said Seyyed Mahmoud Reza Hosseini.
According to law and regulations of free zone, they are the best spot for opening foreign banks, he added.
Ambassadors are legal representative of their countries and it is necessary to familiar them with Iranian free zones for attracting investors, he noted.
Foreign banks and insurance can take advantage of special rules and relegations in free and special zones, he stressed.
