Turkey ambassador to Tehran announced that, Van- Salmas joint free zone will be established in bid to expand trade, commercial and industrial ties between the two sides.
BENA- '' The act is an example of activities which expect to increase,'' said Turkish ambassador to Tehran Umit Yardim.
He also referred to high potentials for expansion of economic tie between the two sides and added that, the volume of trade tie between Iran and Turkey reached to $ 11 billion in 2010 while the number was $ 5 billion in 2009 which show increase.
Statistics shows that the during the first three months of 2011, Iran and Turkey have had $ 15 billion trade tie, he noted.
Yardim also mentioned that, Presidents of Iran and Turkey stressed on expansion of trade tie between the two countries.
Turkey seeks to increase the volume of its trade tie to $ 30 billion within 2015, he stressed.
