Iran's Khatam-ol Anbiya Construction Headquarters has won a tender worth $2.5 billion for the construction of railway network in Chabahar Free Zone, southeastern Iran.
BENA- Road and Transportation Minister Hamid Behbahani while inaugurating the 4th International Maritime Industries Exhibition in Kish told the project will be implement in three phases to reach the freight capacity of 20 million tons a year.
Ports and Maritime Organization of Iran, a Japanese-Iranian consortium, a Chinese-Iranian consortium, and three foreign companies had also taken part in the tender.
