24% increase in revenue from tourists in Aras free zone

The public relation of Aras Free zone organization, Adel Najafzadeh announced the income increased by 24% in relation to last year in the same time from tourists in vacations of nowrouz of 91.
He said: the amount of income was about 118 milliard Rials during this vacation that has been shown 24% growth compared to the same period last year.

He added: many different sport programs for all people like glider flying, car driving, motorcycle competitions, skateboard sliding, shooting competition, paint ball game and fishing for children was arranged for vacations of New Year.
Najafzadeh expressed that 82 % of the nowrouz guest were satisfied with the services which were provided by Aras free zone. Analysis of the interviews conducted by the statistics committee of 7 thousand and 623 people in 1 thousand and 753 different groups that randomly were selected, shows 14% of nowrouz travelers in this area were relatively satisfied with the services provided and only 4 % were dissatisfied.
Najafzadeh added: the staff of travel facilities of Aras free zone compromised of 15 committee, planning, monitoring, accommodation, advertising and public relations, health, social affairs, festivals, statistics, civil services, support, aid to save, business, security and the ceremonial and khodaafarin center from the 25 of Esfand 90.
Head of Aras free zone committee said that 62 person were accommodated for statistic and information services in the four main entrance to the Aras free zone that were located within 20 hectares of Julfa and four other entries in the area to record the entrance of passengers.
Aras free zone in North West of Iran in established near the border of Armenia, Azerbaijan, and The Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic. It is about 51 hectares including two cities, Julfa and Kolibar.
