The manager of Aras free zone organization said: new town with 350 hectare area is constructed in this zone 15 days later.
According to the report of news base in special economic and free zones, SadeqNajafi said: now east Azarbaijan has many economic potential so Aras free zone is very important for the country because of neighborhood with other countries. He continued: recent travel of president caused approval of good acts in this province like exemption of along wares of passenger in Aras free zone that caused ease of traffic in this area.
Najafi added: neighbor countries always admitted to economic power of this province and being demanding of more association in various fields; so we can’t disregard the role of Turkey in hese economic exchanges. He pointed to done plans by Aras free zone for the fourth international conference of investment opportunities and said: creation of 350 hectare town in this area is one of plans that considered by foreign companies and investors specially Moosiad community in transfer of this town for opening of economic companies in this area.
The manager of Aras free zone organization talked about problems in this area and said: however, Aras aiport will be started to work till Aban, bt we should have a suitable idea for transport in this area because we have more than 150,000 passenger in this area in holidays.
He added: if we couldn’t solve contact and transport problems in this area, we will see the decrease of passengers in the zone.
