The manager of Aras free zone organization announced about receipt of 500 investment request in Aras free zone during holding of the fourth international meeting of Azerbaijan investment.
According to the report of news base in special economic and free zones, SadeqNajafi added: the fourth international meeting of Azerbaijan investment was one of the important economic events of north-west of country and outcomes will be increased the power of production and industry in the country.
He added: attention to investment in Aras free zone during the fourth international meeting of Azerbaijan investment caused 500 request from internal and external investors that are very encouraging.
The manager of Arras free zone organization pointed to done evaluation after finishing the meeting and said: from 500 investment request in Aras free zone, 171 request of internal and external investors have necessary qualification for investment in this area. He added: from eligible, 43 person are foreign investors and 128 person are internal investors.
SadeqNajafi said: applicants for investment in Aras free zone are 35 person in production and industrial, 20 person in import and export field, 16 person for tourism and insurance, 18 person in agriculture field, 14 person in food industry and 12 person in alterant industries.
He affirmed: consultation with ambassadors Japan, southern Africa, Zimbabwe, Lebanon and diplomats of Kyrgyzstan, Ivory Coast, Ghana, Iraq, Spain and Russia were satisfactory, he said: this meeting afforded development of communication of Aras free zone with other countries.
He knew Aras free zone capable of new industries with new technologies and said: current infrastructures in Aras are respondent for any industrial, production and refinery fields. The manager of Aras free zone organization said: perceptual requests from this meeting will be declared during the next week after evaluation by experts.
SadeqNjafi mentioned the fourth Azerbaijan international meeting of investment as way of showing the power of Iran against threat and boycott and said: we hope to try more for accessing economic epic.
