The administrator of Geo Park in Qeshmfree zone said: Qeshm salt cave is recorded as the longest salt cave in the world.
According to the report of indicative base in specific-economic and free zones, EghbalZobeiri said: we want to reach final result by consultation with spelunker council. He added: salty cave of Qeshm is the longest cave in the world and we need some information for recording that like length of cave, geographical situation, map and pictures of cave that will give to global record office in form of a complete file till the end of September.
It has more than 6,800 m length and is discovered in 2005. This cave is one of the natural heptad peculiars in Qeshm. Existence of salty cressets is one of beauty of this cave that some of them have 3m length.
