The advisor in strategy management field said: Qeshm can change to the most beautiful island in the world by strategic management so management way will be increased.
According to the report of indicative base in specific-economic and free zones, Mr. Gilani spoke about course of strategic thought and innovation in Qeshm international center: this island has mount, see, forest, sun and other natural advantages; we can use these advantages only with strategic view.
He pointed that Qeshm development isn’t ascertainable by internal or foreign description, he added: we can change Qeshm Island to a place that has more than 8,000,000 tourisr each year by strategic management of Iranian experts.
He said: now we use oil for economic cycle of country and we haven’t any way instead of replacing industry, non-oil mines, agriculture and technical knowledge in the future.
He said that laws are limitative, he continued: we should move to invasive marketing and use some specific laws in business; he emphasized on necessity of suitable shipment and quality in production.
He described about strategic thought for future, forgetting past and forming new ideas; he said that some items are pivotal knowledge like pivotal industry, replacing production culture instead of consumption culture and import and also self-sufficiency in pivotal industries like food and medicinal industry.
He talked about economic development of industries and said: we should develop some industries like food and loom concurrent with other industries like petrochemical, oil, gas, electricity, insurance and search by creation of small and medium companies.
He reminded: all of our companies have small thoughts; they see everything small so they need governmental helps.
